Hyderabad is where we design, build and keep our joinery. It is also where our references are: a villa in Kokapet, an office fit-out in HITEC City, and the studio itself out on the Shankarpally side of the city.
Being local changes how a project runs. Site visits happen when they are needed rather than when a flight allows, material selections happen in person, and the team that fits your kitchen is the team that drew it.

Studio visits by appointment
Come and see material samples, hardware and finished joinery before you commit. The studio is in Mirjaguda, Shankarpally Mandal, west of Gachibowli.

Taking a bare-shell 3BHK or a villa from a builder handover and delivering it finished, furnished and ready to live in — the Kokapet villa on our reviews page was handed over ahead of schedule.

- Which parts of Hyderabad do you work in?
- All of Greater Hyderabad. The studio is on the western side, near Shankarpally, and our references are in Kokapet and HITEC City, but distance within the city is not a constraint.
- Can I see your work before deciding?
- Yes. Studio visits are by appointment, and where a recently handed-over client agrees, we can arrange a walkthrough of a finished home.
- How long does a full 3BHK take?
- It depends on scope and on how quickly decisions are made, but design typically runs a few weeks and execution a few months. We give you a written programme before work starts and report against it weekly.
