Commercial Interior Design in Hyderabad.

Environments that mean business.

Retail, hospitality and clinic interiors have a job to do: hold attention, move people through a space, and survive heavy use. We design commercial interiors that make the brand legible the moment someone walks in — and that can be built to a fixed opening date.

Commercial work runs to a programme. One in-house team means one schedule, one price and one point of accountability from concept to fit-out — which matters when rent is already being paid on an empty unit. Showrooms, boutiques, cafés, restaurants, clinics and salons across Hyderabad, and outstation where the programme allows.

How it runs

The process, step by step.

  1. 01

    Brand and business brief

What the space has to sell, to whom, at what pace. A clinic waiting room and a fashion boutique need opposite things from light, seating and sound.

  2. 02

    Customer journey and plan

Entrance, threshold, display or reception, service points, back of house. The plan is drawn around how a customer moves and how staff work behind them.

  3. 03

    Concept and material palette

A visual language derived from the brand, with materials chosen for footfall and cleaning regimes as much as for looks.

  4. 04

    Compliance and MEP

Electrical loads, HVAC, fire safety, signage and accessibility coordinated with the building and the licensing authority before site work begins.

  5. 05

    Fit-out to a date

Our own team builds to a fixed programme with milestone dates you can plan your opening around, followed by snagging and a warranty period.

Materials and specification

What we build it from.

Timeline

Concept and drawings for a typical retail or clinic unit take three to five weeks including compliance. Fit-out runs six to ten weeks depending on size and how much MEP the shell already has. We build the opening date into the contract.

Floors
Vitrified tile, terrazzo, polished concrete or engineered wood chosen for footfall, slip resistance and how they take a daily mop.
Display and counters
Laminate and veneer joinery with metal frames, back-lit acrylic and stone counters built to be leaned on all day.
Lighting
Track and recessed fixtures with the right colour rendering for product, warm and dimmable for hospitality, clinical and even for medical.
Acoustics
Fabric-wrapped panels, perforated ceilings and soft finishes where conversation has to stay private or a room has to stay calm.
Signage and branding
Fascia, way-finding and brand walls fabricated to the identity guidelines and integrated with the joinery rather than stuck on afterwards.
Cost

What drives the price.

We quote the full scope in writing before work begins — design, materials, labour, transport and handover — as line items you can read. No percentage-on-top surprises, and outstation travel appears as its own line rather than inside the rates.

  • Floor area and the condition of the shell — bare shell versus previously fitted
  • Extent of custom display, counters and brand walls
  • MEP scope: HVAC, electrical upgrades, plumbing for kitchens or treatment rooms
  • Lighting specification and control
  • Compliance and licensing requirements for the use class
  • Speed: a compressed programme costs more in labour and logistics

From our work

HITEC City fit-out

Our office client in HITEC City had their fit-out handled end-to-end and handed over on time, at a fair price, and told us they would engage us again for their next floor. The same one-team approach runs our commercial work.

Questions

Asked before most commercial interior design projects.

Can you work with our brand agency?
Yes. We take the identity guidelines and translate them into space, material and light; the agency stays the owner of the brand.
Do you handle licences and approvals?
We prepare the drawings and coordinate with the building and authorities; the applications are made in your name with our support.
What if the unit needs to open by a fixed date?
Tell us the date first. We plan backwards from it and put the milestones in the contract.
