Home Renovation in Hyderabad.

A second life, better than the first.

Renovation is design with constraints, and constraints make better decisions. We work inside your existing structure — moving what earns its move, keeping what is sound — to give an older home a plan and a finish that suits how you live now.

We survey the existing home in detail before proposing anything, so surprises behind the plaster are planned for rather than discovered mid-project. Typical candidates are fifteen- to thirty-year-old apartments and houses in Hyderabad whose plans no longer fit the family.

How it runs

The process, step by step.

  1. 01

    Survey

We measure and photograph everything, open up where we can, and check plumbing lines, electrical load and the condition of the slab and walls before drawing a line.

  2. 02

    Keep, move, remove

A clear plan of what stays, what moves and what goes — walls, doors, wet areas, flooring — with the reasons written down.

  3. 03

    Design

New layouts, joinery, bathroom and kitchen drawings, lighting and a material palette that sits well with anything you are keeping.

  4. 04

    Phased build

Demolition, civil, plumbing and electrical first, then ceilings, flooring, joinery and finishes, phased room by room if you are living in the house.

  5. 05

    Handover

Snag walk, all new systems demonstrated, care manual for the new finishes, warranty on our work.

Timeline

Survey and design take three to five weeks. On site, a single bathroom or kitchen is two to four weeks; a whole-home renovation of a 3BHK is typically ten to sixteen weeks depending on how much civil and plumbing work the survey reveals. Occupied homes take longer because the work is phased.

Plumbing
CPVC and PPR lines replaced back to the riser where the survey shows corrosion; concealed cisterns and new drainage in every bathroom we touch.
Electrical
New wiring, distribution board and earthing sized for today's loads, with points where the furniture will actually be.
Flooring
Large-format vitrified tile, marble or engineered wood over a levelled screed; existing stone polished and kept where it is sound.
Waterproofing
Bathrooms, balconies and terraces treated and tested before tiling — the step most renovations skip and regret.
Joinery and finishes
New wardrobes, kitchen and storage in BWP ply and HDHMR; walls skimmed and painted with low-VOC emulsion.
Cost

What drives the price.

We quote the full scope in writing before work begins — design, materials, labour, transport and handover — as line items you can read. No percentage-on-top surprises, and outstation travel appears as its own line rather than inside the rates.

  • How much is structural or wet work — moving bathrooms and kitchens costs far more than refinishing them
  • Extent of rewiring and re-plumbing
  • Flooring: keeping and polishing versus replacing
  • New joinery volume and finish tier
  • Whether the home is occupied during the work
  • Debris removal and building access in older apartment blocks

From our work

Handover-stage photography

The wardrobe, ceiling and bedroom photographs on this page were taken during the handover of a Hyderabad villa — the protective film still on the mattresses — which is the honest state of a home a week before it is lived in.

Questions

Asked before most home renovation projects.

Will you find problems we do not know about?
Almost certainly, which is why we survey before we quote. The survey report tells you what we found and what it changes.
Can we stay in the house?
Usually, with the work phased and dust barriers in place. For a full-house renovation with plumbing work it is faster and cheaper to move out for the wet phase.
Do you handle society and building permissions?
We prepare what the association needs and work within its hours and debris rules; you sign the request as the owner.
