Office Interior Designers in Hyderabad.

Workspaces that work back.

A good office is measured in how quietly it supports the work. Acoustics, daylight, the walk from desk to meeting room, where people actually eat lunch — we plan these first and let the aesthetic follow.

From a single floor to a multi-floor fit-out: workstations, cabins, meeting and collaboration zones, pantry and reception, delivered to your move-in date. Office stock in HITEC City, Gachibowli and the Financial District mostly comes as warm shell with the landlord's HVAC and fire systems in place; we plan around them and build fast.

How it runs

The process, step by step.

  1. 01

    Headcount and ways of working

How many people, how many are in on a given day, how many meetings, how much focus work. A test fit follows from this, not from a desk count alone.

  2. 02

    Test fit and zoning

Workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, phone booths, pantry and reception laid out against the shell, daylight and the landlord's services.

  3. 03

    Design and specification

Materials, furniture, lighting, acoustic treatment, brand moments and a services drawing coordinated with the building.

  4. 04

    Fit-out

Partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical and data, joinery and furniture installed by our own team to a milestone programme.

  5. 05

    Move-in

Snagging, systems demonstrated to your facilities team, and a warranty period after occupation.

Timeline

Test fit and design for a single office floor take three to four weeks. Fit-out of a typical warm-shell floor runs six to ten weeks depending on area and cabin count. Move-in dates are agreed in writing and reported against weekly.

Partitions
Glass with acoustic seals for cabins and meeting rooms, gypsum with insulation where privacy matters, demountable where flexibility does.
Flooring
Carpet tiles for acoustics and easy replacement in work areas, vitrified or wood-effect in reception and pantry.
Workstations and storage
Modular desking with cable management, ergonomic seating and lockers or pedestals sized to a hybrid pattern.
Ceilings and lighting
Open or grid ceilings with linear LED at 4000K for work areas, warmer light in breakout and reception, all on zoned controls.
Acoustics
Ceiling baffles, fabric panels and soft flooring positioned where open-plan noise actually travels.
Cost

What drives the price.

We quote the full scope in writing before work begins — design, materials, labour, transport and handover — as line items you can read. No percentage-on-top surprises, and outstation travel appears as its own line rather than inside the rates.

  • Area and headcount density
  • Number of enclosed rooms — cabins and meeting rooms drive partition, door and HVAC cost
  • Furniture tier and whether existing furniture is reused
  • Data, power and AV scope
  • Acoustic treatment level
  • Shell condition and landlord requirements

Questions

Asked before most office interior design projects.

Can you work around our existing furniture?
Yes. We survey what you have, tell you what is worth keeping, and plan the new layout around it.
Do you work at night or weekends for occupied offices?
Where the building allows it, yes. Phased fit-outs of occupied floors are planned around your working hours.
Who coordinates with the landlord and IT vendor?
We do. Services drawings, landlord approvals and cut-over dates are managed by the same designer who runs your project.
