A design & build studio, based in Hyderabad. Working across India.
We shape residences, villas and workplaces with a quiet obsession for craft, light and material — and we build what we draw, with our own team.
No sub-contractor merry-go-round.
Most interior projects fail in the gap between the person who designs and the people who build. We closed that gap by not having it.
Hans Interior Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is one company: the designer who draws your home oversees the joinery, the civil work and the finishing, and answers for all of it. One price, one programme, a home that matches its drawings.
Our process is certified to ISO 9001:2015: surveys, drawings, approvals and site checks happen the same way on every project, kitchen or villa.
Craft over speed. Five steps, no shortcuts.
- 01
Listen
How you live, what the space must do, what it should feel like. Budget and timeline discussed openly here, not after.
- 02
Survey and plan
We measure the site properly and return with layout options before any material is chosen.
- 03
Design and detail
Material boards, joinery drawings, lighting and electrical layouts — resolved so the build matches the drawings.
- 04
Build in-house
Civil, electrical, joinery and finishing by our own team under a written programme, with a weekly report.
- 05
Hand over properly
Snag-free handover, a care manual for every finish, and a warranty you can actually call.
Built for scale.
The studio and workshop are in Hyderabad. We also take on projects in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Jaipur and Jodhpur, with our own team travelling for survey, installation and handover, and travel quoted up front.
